Richard Halley – Solicitor

Richard Halley qualified as a Solicitor with MM Halley & Son 2010. He holds a LLB (Hons,2003) in Law.

He focuses on areas in Personal Injury Litigation , Conveyancing and debt collection.

Richard is very much a people’s person and thoroughly enjoys interacting with clients.

When Richard is dealing with cases he always uses clear and concise language. He feels that refraining from using legal jargon gives his clients more understanding of the legal processes going on, with the intention of putting them at ease.

Outside of the office, Richard coaches youth’s rugby in a local Rugby club. He is a keen sportsman and involved in tennis, soccer and known to be seen doing the odd triathlon.
